DESIGN PHASE

We offer design‑phase–only services for commercial pools and spas, including:

• engineered and structural plans 
• equipment and ADA compliant specifications
• hydraulic layouts

These documents are prepared for submittal to both the Building Department and Environmental Health Department. Every design meets California’s strict health, safety, and energy‑efficiency requirements.

For added convenience, we can also manage and submit all permit applications on your behalf.

REMODELING

We provide comprehensive remodeling services for existing commercial pools and spas.

We also perform required drain‑cover replacements (every five years) and handle the associated permitting.
